El Chico Restaurant located South of the Marsha Sharp Freeway and one block East of Quaker Ave. Has been a fixture in Lubbock for as long as anyone can remember. El Chico features a standard Tex-Mex cuisine with the typical Mexican dishes. The restaurant is filled with an array of plants giving it’s atmosphere a fresh feeling as in their ingredients. The steak fajitas are made with a fresh, never frozen, quality cut of beef and they make their own salsa, chips, beans, rice and other specialties fresh throughout the day.
